Whether you’re looking for a cosy glamping escape or a countryside barn with a little extra luxury, you’ll find a warm welcome for both you and your pups here.

Each offers plenty of space to relax and unwind after long walks through the Mid Wales countryside, with private outdoor areas, hot tubs, and firepits perfect for lazy evenings under the stars.
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per property, at £10 per dog, per night.
To keep things comfortable for everyone, we just ask that:

Dogs are kept on a lead while walking around Daverneithon Farm.

Owners clean up after their pets.

Dogs are not left alone in the accommodation.

Heron Glamping Tent - Sleeps 5
Heron Glamping Tent offers the joy of camping with all the hard work taken care of. Fully furnished and thoughtfully set up, it’s an easy, comfortable way to enjoy the Mid Wales countryside without sacrificing home comforts. Sleeping up to five guests (with the option to accommodate two more on a sofa bed by enquiry), the tent is ideal for families or small groups, and well-behaved dogs are very welcome too.
Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bedroom alongside a triple bunk room, plus a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine during your stay. While the tent doesn’t have a private bathroom, guests have convenient access to the nearby on-site toilet and shower block, just a short walk away. Outside, relax on your private patio with a firepit, hot tub, hammock, and space to unwind under the stars — with WiFi included for when you need it. A relaxed, dog-friendly glamping stay that blends simplicity, comfort, and countryside charm.
Caban Dulas - Sleeps 6
Caban Dulas is a spacious, dog-friendly two-bedroom lodge designed for relaxed family breaks in the heart of Mid Wales. Sleeping up to six guests, it features two dreamy king-size bedrooms — one with en-suite facilities and one zip/link room that can be arranged as twins on request — plus a double sofa bed and a sleek family bathroom.
The well-equipped galley kitchen flows into a cosy open-plan living and dining area, complete with biomass underfloor heating, an electric fire, Smart TV and WiFi — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring with your dogs. French doors open onto a large, secure patio and garden where pups can relax while you soak in the private hot tub, enjoy countryside views, or dine outdoors under the stars. The Tin Shed - Sleeps 2
The Tin Shed is a beautifully designed, dog-friendly retreat for couples seeking a peaceful escape in the Mid Wales countryside. Set just outside Nantmel and only 2.6 miles from Rhayader, this single-storey, studio-style lodge blends modern comfort with rural charm — and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs too.
Inside, the open-plan space features a king-size bed, stylish kitchen, dining area, and cosy sitting area with Smart TV and WiFi. Underfloor and biomass heating keep things warm year-round, while the modern shower room offers a walk-in shower for added comfort.
